For audience members, masks are strongly recommended but not required while in Johnson Hall Theatre.

The use of photography/videography is prohibited inside the theatre during the performances.

The Nutcracker Live Stream Info:

*The stream is in live time. Once you start streaming, if you stop for more than 5 minutes your streaming credentials will change. It is recommended that you do not stop your stream once you have started.

*One user from your account can watch The Nutcracker at a time (one device). The user needs to be logged in to watch the stream.

*If the video quality seems grainy, there is a little “wheel” in the lower right hand corner. Click on that icon and change the settings from auto to 720p. 720p is our highest resolution as the stream uses considerable bandwith and this resolution makes streaming more reliable / less likely to buffer or cause delays.
